What does holistic wellness coaching look like?
At your initial consultation, we will gather information to determine your wellness goals and needs. Your initial consultation will include a mind-body type assessment, which helps us determine your unique makeup and its influence on your overall health.
Based on information compiled at your consultation, you will be provided with your preferred combination of the following at your 30-minute follow-up appointment (in person, or via phone or email):
Ayurvedic Nutrition Plan You will receive a personalized nutrition plan based on your unique make-up. Your nutrition plan will be based on Ayurvedic principles and customized to your individual needs, including recommended foods and recipes.
Holistic Lifestyle Suggestions Based on your dosha, you will received a personalized plan focused on creating sustainable lifestyle changes through Ayurvedic principles, yoga asana and other exercise, and mindful living practices.
Aromatherapy Recommendations We will determine what the best essential oils for your mind-body type are, which will allow for personalized aromatherapy suggestions with options to purchase custom synergies and products, including roll-ons, diffusers, and inhalers.
Ongoing Coaching Appointments Continue your wellness journey with support, accountability, and encouragement. You will have the ability to schedule regular check-ins to help you stay on track and make adjustments to your personalized plans as needed.
